Responsibilities
Job Summary
Support project success by interpreting contract documents, assisting in tendering, managing contract administration, and analyzing project costs within construction projects. Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate commercial settlements.
Responsibilities
Interpret contract documents and drawings accurately to support project execution
Assist in the tendering process by performing measurements and breaking down costs for bids
Communicate effectively with main contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to coordinate activities
Prepare contract awards, payment certifications, bills of quantities, and other contract-related documents for contractors and suppliers
Assist in final account and commercial settlement of project accounts to ensure accurate financial closure
Identify and evaluate variation works to manage project scope changes
Analyze project costing with detailed breakdowns to support budgeting and financial tracking
Manage and complete assigned duties within established timelines to meet project schedules
Maintain strong attention to detail while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or higher qualification
Relevant experience in quantity surveying (QS) within Singapore construction firms
Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
Experience with earthworks is advantageous
Other Information
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with one full Saturday per month
