Key Responsibilities
Liaise with government authorities such as Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and National Environment Agency (NEA) for permits, approvals, and compliance matters
Manage applications, submissions, and renewals of construction-related permits and licenses
Act as the main point of contact for public feedback and community relations
Handle complaints and provide timely resolution to minimize disruptions
Prepare official correspondence, reports, and documentation
Support corporate communications including announcements and media responses
Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements and project guidelines
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or related industry
Familiarity with Singapore regulatory processes and submission systems (e.g., CORENET) is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
