1. Role Summary

The candidate will support UAT, certification testing, and SIT activities for payment, cards, digital banking, and wallet-related initiatives within Group Cards Technology.

2. Key Responsibilities

· Support UAT planning, test execution, defect management, reporting, and sign-off activities.

· Perform certification testing and SIT for cards, payments, digital banking, and wallet-related implementations.

· Validate payment transaction flows, system integrations, and downstream impacts.

· Review requirements, test scenarios, and test cases to ensure adequate coverage.

· Coordinate with Business Analysts, Project Leads, Technology teams, vendors, and certification parties.

· Support defect triage, retesting, regression validation, issue escalation, and closure.

3. Mandatory Requirements

· Strong certification testing experience in cards, payments, digital wallet, issuing, acquiring, or payment network environments.

· Hands-on SIT and UAT experience, including integration validation, test execution, defect management, reporting, and evidence preparation.

· Good understanding of digital wallet solutions, payment ecosystems, issuing/acquiring processes, and end-to-end transaction flows.

· Banking or financial services experience, preferably in cards, payments, or digital banking.

4. Good-to-Have Technical Exposure

· Exposure to Katalon or similar automation tools to support regression testing and reusable scripts.

· Basic Java application flow and Oracle/SQL knowledge for data validation and impact assessment.

· Familiarity with logs, batch processing, interface testing, and host-to-host transaction flows.

5. Preferred Experience

· Credit card, debit card, digital banking, mobile payment, or digital wallet implementations.

· Payment network certification exposure such as Visa, Mastercard, MyDebit, DuitNow, or similar schemes.

· Experience across integrated systems, vendors, channels, production fixes, or post-deployment validation.

6. Skills & Attributes

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

· Able to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain strong attention to detail.

7. Engagement Type / Support Expectation

May be required to support critical implementation, production fix validation, remediation testing, or post-deployment verification outside normal working hours where necessary.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
