The Role

Executive / Senior Executive (Performance Management)


We are looking for a motivated and high-potential individual to join us as Executive / Senior Executive (Performance Management). This role focuses on supporting the organisation's performance management and career progression frameworks, while providing exposure to HR business partnering, rewards and broader HR initiatives.


Job Responsibilities


Performance Management

  • Support the design and execution of performance management frameworks and annual review exercises that inform promotion, workforce and organisational decisions across the organisation.
  • Analyse and consolidate performance and workforce data, and prepare reports, materials and insights to support management and leadership discussions.
  • Partner stakeholders to support calibration and moderation exercises, ensuring accurate and robust information is available to support fair and consistent performance, promotion and reward decisions.
  • Contribute to the review and enhancement of performance management policies, frameworks and digital solutions to strengthen governance, employee experience and decision-making.
  • Participate in HR systems enhancement projects, including process reviews, user testing and implementation activities aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience.


HR Business Partnering

  • Gain exposure to HR Business Partnering by supporting workforce initiatives and HR matters across the employee lifecycle.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and develop an understanding of how HR partners business leaders to address workforce and organisational needs.


Management Support and Secretariat

  • Support key HR governance and decision-making forums, including the preparation of management papers, meeting materials and follow-up actions.
  • Gain exposure to how workforce, talent and HR policy matters are deliberated and governed at the management level.


Rewards (Compensation & Benefits)

  • May have opportunities to gain exposure to selected rewards initiatives, including annual salary review exercises, bonus administration and compensation-related projects.
  • Through these opportunities, develop an understanding of how organisations design and manage rewards programmes to support talent attraction, retention and employee well-being.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience is required. Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, Psychology or related discipline, and/ or relevant professional certifications (e.g. IHRP) will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage, consolidate and analyse large volumes of workforce and performance data, and present information clearly and accurately to support management discussions and decision-making.
  • Organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn, with an interest in performance management and people-related issues.
  • Able to work independently while exercising sound judgement, professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and relevant HR reporting or analytics tools will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, including internal teams and external partners.
