Join Our Team - Sales Consultants

We are looking for passionate Sales Consultants to join our upmarket Italian furniture and lifestyle stores.

If you have a flair for design, enjoy connecting with people, take pride in creating exceptional customer experiences and thereby building a rewarding career in luxurious retailing, we would love to meet you.

More than selling furniture, you will help clients transform their homes into beautiful, inspiring living spaces with timeless Italian craftsmanship and contemporary pieces. Join a team where design, quality, and people come together to create stylish interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell premium Italian furniture and lifestyle products.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Deliver professional service and excellent shopping experience.
• Coordinate showroom displays and product merchandising.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organised showroom.
• Assist with stock control, product placement, and replenishment.
• Support sales reporting and daily store operations.

Requirements

• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Cheerful, positive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of IT and social media marketing an added advantage.
