Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Professional/Technical Certificate, preferably with practical experience in plant maintenance, facilities, utilities, or industrial environments.
• Experience in welding, cutting, drilling, fabrication, and basic mechanical repair works is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on exposure in operating and maintaining cooling towers, chillers, wastewater treatment systems, thermal oil heaters, pumps, and piping systems will be an advantage.
• Possess basic plumbing and piping repair skills, with the ability to perform basic equipment inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Physically fit for hands-on work and able to follow work instructions and comply with ESH requirements; candidates with relevant experience and a good learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Facilities & Utilities Team in daily operation, inspection, and basic maintenance activities.
• Support the operation and upkeep of cooling towers, chillers, wastewater systems, thermal oil heaters, pumps, and associated utility equipment.
• Carry out basic welding, cutting, drilling, fabrication, plumbing, and piping repair works for maintenance and improvement activities.
• Assist in routine equipment servicing, cleaning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and response to utility equipment abnormalities or breakdowns.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions, comply with ESH requirements, and perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.
