SEA Limited Hiring! Full Time HR Associate in - Ricebowl

You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the HR function provides dedicated support to Finance employees across recruitment, engagement, development, performance management, and other related areas. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and open to being allocated to any HR function, adapting to the organisation's needs. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment and work closely with various stakeholders.

• Contribute to the day-to-day execution and provide support across the following HR functions, with a focus on continuous improvement in the team's processes and ways of working:
  • Recruitment
  • Campus
  • Learning & Development
  • Employee Engagement & People Operations
• Partner with key stakeholders to support and contribute to ongoing organisation needs and initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
• Prior HR internship/work experience will be an advantage
• Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Proactive and embodies a spirit of excellence with strong service attitude
• Creative thinker who strives for continuous improvement, innovation and quality
• Showcases ability to motivate and inspire in a matrixed environment
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details
