Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and monitor lift and escalator projects from commencement through completion.
Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
Review technical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Coordinate site activities and monitor project progress against schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and site-related issues during installation and commissioning.
Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
Prepare project documentation, progress reports and technical submissions.
Coordinate testing, inspection and rectification works prior to project handover.
Monitor project materials, equipment and manpower requirements.
Work closely with service and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore lift and escalator regulations and safety requirements.
Attend project meetings and provide updates on project status.
Support the Project Manager in managing project timelines, costs and quality.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
in lift, escalator, building services, M&E or related engineering projects.
Experience in lift or escalator installation, testing, commissioning or maintenance will be an advantage.
Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Able to troubleshoot technical and site-related issues.
Good project coordination and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities.
Willing to travel to different project sites in Singapore.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Candidates with relevant Singapore project experience will be preferred.
