Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Verify and update information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records, both electronic and physical.
• Generate simple reports and perform basic data checks when required.
• Assist with data cleaning, document scanning, and administrative support tasks.
• Liaise with team members to clarify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information at all times.

Requirements:

• Able to commit at least 3 months or longer
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Students are welcome to apply.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Prior data entry or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
