TTRacing Hiring! Full Time Retail Promoter in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

We're looking for a Retail Promoter to represent TTRacing at AEON BiG Mid Valley — someone who enjoys talking to people, takes pride in great service, and knows that good selling starts with understanding what someone actually needs.

You don't need to know everything about chairs and desks yet. We'll teach you.

What you'll do

• Welcome walk-in customers at our AEON BiG Mid Valley display and help them find the right chair or desk for how they work, play, and live.
• Demo our chairs and desks in a way that feels helpful, not pushy.
• Guide customers through product selection and close the sale.
• Keep the display area and demo units clean, organized, and looking their best.
• Check stock and demo unit condition, and flag any issues promptly.
• Share regular sales updates and customer feedback with the Business Development (BD) team.
• Support AEON BiG promotional activities and in-store events as required.

Who we'd love to meet

• Enjoys meeting and talking to people.
• Is warm, confident, and not overly salesy.
• Takes ownership and pays attention to the little things.
• Can work weekends and public holidays.
• Speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia confidently; Mandarin is a plus.
• Has retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience — or simply the right attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in IT, gaming, furniture, lifestyle, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
• Communicates proactively and displays critical thinking.
