Responsibilities
Job Overview:
As a Food Production Packer you are responsible for packing food products accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
Pack, label, seal, and arrange food products according to packing specifications
Check product quality, quantity, packaging condition, expiry dates, and label accuracy.
Prepare packaging materials and ensure sufficient stock for daily production.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and production areas.
Report damaged products, incorrect labels, equipment issues, or quality concerns promptly to your department head.
Arrange packed products for storage, delivery, or dispatch.
Meet daily production and packing targets.
Perform other production packing-related duties assigned by the department head.
