Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and key features.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented individuals
  • Experience in construction or process construction will be advatange.
  • High commission structure with no minimum target and no ceiling cap
