Job Scope

• Inspect curtain wall and façade installation works.
• Check materials and workmanship on site.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports, checklists and QA/QC documents.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, workers and subcontractors.
• Check and follow up on defects and rectification works.
• Assist with site inspections and testing.
• Keep proper QA/QC records and documents.

Requirements

• Relevant construction experience is preferred.
• Experience in curtain wall, façade or building works will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site inspection.
• Able to communicate with site workers and supervisors.
• Responsible, careful and willing to learn.
