Job Responsibilities

• Take care of VIP/VVIP guests and attend to their needs and requests.
• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service.
• Handle food and beverage orders, menu enquiries, and special requests.
• Ensure meals and drinks are served correctly and tables are properly set.
• Inform the kitchen and relevant departments about food allergies and dietary requirements.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the VIP suite dining area and Butler service area.
• Assist with VIP/VVIP functions and special arrangements.
• Check and maintain crockery and cutlery inventory.
• Coordinate with nursing and other departments to ensure patients' dietary needs are fulfilled.
• Ensure smooth and timely service at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, F&B, customer service, or a related field.
• VIP/VVIP service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and well-groomed.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
