Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader in supervising daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service.
• Support and guide team members in maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving, checking and storing deliveries according to company procedures.
• Conduct stock counts and report inventory discrepancies to the Team Leader.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and handling practices to minimise wastage and product losses.
• Monitor food preparation, product presentation and service standards to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Ensure pricing, promotional materials and menu displays are accurate and updated.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift coordination and other duties assigned by the Team Leader or Management.

Working Days

• 6 days per week

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
