Group HR Shared Services (HRSS) plays a critical role in delivering efficient, accurate and employee-centric HR services across NHG institutions. Supporting the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation, HRSS partners stakeholders to provide seamless HR operations while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a proactive, technology-driven and improvement-focused Senior Executive to join our Automation & Continuous Improvement team to support the transformation of HR service delivery through process optimisation, digitalisation and automation initiatives.

Job Summary

The Senior Executive, Group HR Shared Services (HRSS), Automation & Continuous Improvement, is responsible for driving operational excellence through the identification, design and implementation of process improvement, automation and digital transformation initiatives across HR Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Digital Transformation

• Identify, assess and prioritise automation and digitalisation opportunities across HR Shared Services processes.

• Conduct process discovery, process mapping and workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

• Design, develop, test and implement automation solutions using approved platforms and technologies including RPA and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Manage automation lifecycle activities including deployment, testing, monitoring, enhancement and issue resolution.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality and employee experience.

• Analyse operational data, service metrics and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation and user guides.

Stakeholder Management & Advisory Support

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with HRSS teams, HRBPs, COEs and technology partners.

• Act as a consultative partner by providing recommendations on process optimisation and automation feasibility.

Subject Matter Expertise & Capability Building

• Serve as an SME in automation, process improvement methodologies and digital workflow solutions.

• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to HRSS team members.

Transformation & Project Support

• Support HR transformation, digitalisation and service delivery enhancement initiatives.

• Participate in project planning, implementation and governance activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, shared services or HR operations environments.

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
