Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Intern, you will:

• Perform routine quality control (QC) inspections to ensure finished products meet established specifications and quality requirements.

• Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials to verify compliance with approved standards and specifications.

• Report all non-conformities and abnormal test results to the superior in a timely manner

• Collect, compile, and analyze QC data to monitor product consistency and support quality improvement initiatives.

• Assist in maintaining quality management system documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO14001 requirements.

• Gather, organize, and maintain environmental monitoring and reporting data.

• Carry out pre-delivery inspections to ensure product packaging meets quality and presentation standards.

• Participate in continuous improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are final-year students currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree and require an internship placement.

• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop practical knowledge in laboratory operations, equipment handling, and testing procedures.

• Possess basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with data and numerical information.

• Are self-motivated, responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Are willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Klang.

Internship Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Allowance: RM1,200

• Transportation Allowance: RM300 per month

• Commencement Date: 15th September 2026

• Internship Availability: September 2026 – May 2027

• Annual Leave: 1 day per month

• Medical Leave: 14 days for the entire internship period

• Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
