Game Coordinator – Job DescriptionJob Summary

As a Game Coordinator at Bomb Battle, you will be responsible for creating an exciting, safe, and enjoyable experience for all players. You will coordinate game sessions, guide players throughout the game, manage game operations, monitor equipment, and ensure each session runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

1. Game Operations & Ad-Hoc Support

• Conduct player briefings on game rules, objectives, and safety guidelines.
• Operate and monitor game systems, props, and equipment.
• Coordinate game sessions and ensure smooth game flow.
• Reset and prepare game rooms between sessions.
• Provide ad-hoc operational support as required.

2. Customer Experience

• Welcome and engage players with a friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Assist players throughout the gameplay experience.
• Manage player and crowd flow effectively.
• Respond to basic customer enquiries and resolve on-site issues professionally.
• Create a fun and memorable experience for customers.

3. Safety & Maintenance

• Ensure all players comply with safety rules and procedures.
• Monitor the game environment and take appropriate action when necessary to maintain safety.
• Report equipment malfunctions, damages, or incidents promptly.
• Assist with basic cleaning, housekeeping, and general upkeep of game areas.
• Ensure the game area is clean, organised, and ready for the next session.

Requirements

• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
• Energetic, friendly, outgoing, and confident when interacting with groups.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-facing environment.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
• Physically active and comfortable standing and moving for extended periods.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Passion for games, entertainment, events, or customer service is an advantage.
