Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations and service activities.
Lead and manage service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assign work schedules and monitor staff attendance and performance.
Ensure service standards, workplace safety and operational procedures are followed.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and operational issues professionally.
Coordinate with management and staff to improve workflow and service efficiency.
Monitor inventory, supplies and equipment to support daily operations.
Train and guide new staff on company procedures and service standards.
Prepare basic operational reports and assist management with administrative duties.
Ensure the workplace is clean, organised and properly maintained.
We are a licensed employment agency specializing in foreign manpower recruitment. We are MOM-Licensed, and we have a Comprehensive Licence (non-FDW) allowing us to place Local Workers or Foreign Workers.
