Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening and interviewing to placement.
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of migrant workers.
- Coordinate documentation, work pass applications and deployment arrangements.
- Liaise with clients to understand manpower requirements and provide suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates,
- Ensure recruitment processes and documentation comply with relevant Singapore regulations.
- Monitor recruitment progress, timelines and placement outcomes.
- Improve recruitment processes and develop effective candidate sourcing strategies.
