Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning

• Deliver engaging Mathematics lessons tailored to the developmental needs of students.

2. Classroom Management & Student Development

• Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
• Promote discipline, responsibility, and respect among students.
• Encourage active participation and collaboration in learning activities.
• Support students’ emotional and social development.
• Apply consistent classroom rules and expectations.

3. Lesson Planning & Curriculum Delivery

• Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Ensure progression and continuity across Math subject.
• Integrate cross-curricular learning where appropriate.
• Prepare teaching resources, worksheets, and classroom materials in advance.
• Ensure lessons are engaging, structured, and age-appropriate.

4. Assessment & Progress Monitoring

• Assess student progress through classwork, quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement.
• Identify students requiring intervention or enrichment.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field.
• Recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching upper primary students preferred.
• Strong knowledge of primary mathematics pedagogy.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
