My clients who are in the manufacturing industry are seeking a highly Analytical and driven Senior Procurement Specialist to support procurement excellence, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This role will play a critical part in strengthening procurement governance, improving spend visibility, driving process compliance, and leveraging analytics and digital solutions to enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Governance & External Spend Control

• Monitor, analyze, and manage external spend across non-manufacturing sites.
• Develop and maintain procurement governance frameworks to ensure policy adherence.
• Create compliance dashboards, KPIs, and spend analytics to improve procurement visibility.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement compliance and operational efficiency.

Supply Chain & Regulatory Analytics

• Maintain and manage databases supporting supply chain operations and regulatory requirements.
• Generate analytics, reports, and business insights to support compliance activities and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of procurement and supply chain data.
• Support ongoing regulatory reporting and governance requirements.

Digital Transformation & Process Improvement

• Support procurement digitalization and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and adopt digital tools and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and process effectiveness through technology.
• Contribute to projects focused on process optimization, workflow automation, and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operational Excellence, or related functions.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance activities and database management.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, digital transformation, and automation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
