We seek an experienced sales professional with strong Gasand Flame Detection System solutions and relevant project experiences to drivebusiness growth across the region.

Scope of Employee's Responsibilities

1. Position Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growththrough business development, customer retention, and account management. Therole focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying new businessopportunities, managing sales activities, and supporting the achievement of theCompany's commercial objectives. The Sales Manager shall work closely with theTechnical, Operations, Service, and Finance teams to deliver commerciallyviable and sustainable solutions.

2. Reporting & Scope

Reports to: Senior Sales Manager

Core Functions: Sales, Business Development, KeyAccount Management, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Planning &Forecasting, Commercial Support, Contract Handover, Business Growth.

3. Key Responsibilities

The Employee shall be responsible for, including but notlimited to, the following:

• Develop and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and business development goals established by the Company.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and business updates to Management.
• Grow recurring revenue through contract renewals, service agreements, rental contracts, upgrades, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, tenders, sales proposals, and commercial negotiations in accordance with Company policies.
• Work closely with the Technical, Operations, Service, and Finance teams to ensure technical feasibility, pricing accuracy, smooth project handover, and successful execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide feedback and recommendations to Management.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, applicable laws, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and ethical business practices.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, forecasts, quotations, and other commercial information.
• Represent the Company professionally at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and business development activities.
• Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned by the Company from time to time.

5. Performance Indicators

Performance will be assessed having regard to, amongst otherfactors:

• Achievement of assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.
• New customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer accounts.
• Customer satisfaction, retention, and contract renewal performance.
• Accuracy of sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Effective collaboration with Technical, Operations, Service, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Compliance with Company policies, applicable laws, and ethical business standards.
• Contribution to business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of B2B technical sales experience.
• At least 3 years of experience selling Gas and Flame Detection Systems.
• Proven track record working with consultants and industrial end users.
• Experience managing projects in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia.
• Knowledge of Toxic gas monitoring, Flame Systems, Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet, etc.)
• Knowledge of standards such as IEC 60079, ATEX, IECEx, EN60079-29-2, etc.
• Candidate should own a vehicle, and be comfortable with overseas travel.
