Job responsibilities:

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
- Experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD) is a plus.
