Job Description:
Assist in basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting ingredients).
Help with plating and portioning food under supervision.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
Wash dishes, pots, and pans promptly.
Dispose of waste and maintain proper sanitation standards.
Receive, unpack, and store kitchen supplies.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
Requirements:
No formal education required; prior kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety.
Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle moderate lifting.
