Supervise production workers and coordinate manpower deployment across shifts

Enforce workplace safety (WSH) and food hygiene standards

Monitor production schedules, raw material usage, and inventory levels

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product specifications are met

Prepare daily production reports and escalate operational issues to management

Requirements:

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Knowledge of WSH / food safety regulations preferred
