Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide tailored skincare and haircare consultations, recommending solutions based on customer needs.
Build genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal regulars
Demonstrate products and techniques that boost customer confidence
Hit sales targets as part of a supportive, driven team
Drive both individual and team success through exceptional service and results.
Stay ahead with deep knowledge of all types of treatments, products, machines and equipment, technologies.
Keep informed of all promotions offered from time to time, support promotional events and product launches – ensuring engaging customer experiences.
Keep the counter looking sharp, stocked, and on-brand
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed and take up other ad hoc duties when necessary.
Who we are looking for:
Experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar retail/beauty role
A genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and the science behind it
Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Team player who can also work independently
Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays
