Responsibilities
Source for quotation for materials and services
Prepare procurement documentation, subcontractor/supplier agreements, and payment recommendations
Evaluation of price comparison and prepare costing summary
Plan project cost, prepare estimations and carry out quantity measurements.
Manage claims, budget & cost control
Prepare progress claims and variation orders
Settle final accounts and ensure accurate documentation
Maintain up-to-date records for all project-related correspondence.
Contracts administration and support contract-related processes.
Handle contractual issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong organizing and time management skills
Able to work independently and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a plus
Able to work in Tuas
