Job Responsibilities

  • Discover an opportunity to learn how various business operations are executed, from the ground up: from strategy, HR, policies, compliance, and much more
  • Work closely with clients to understand the different functions within their company
  • Carry out audits on clients’ processes
  • Consult with clients to streamline processes
  • Conduct training and provide support to clients
  • Participate in the development of EduValue
  • Fast-track to leadership position for high performers
  • Potential to branch out to other companies under the group

  • Min. Diploma / Degree holder with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Versatile team player, with strong self-discipline and project management skills
  • Large capacity for learning and embracing challenges
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance and able to handle parallel projects
  • Highly process driven and able to deliver work with timeliness and quality
  • Adventurous, and enjoy working in a fast, dynamic environment

Note:

  • Candidates with Private Education Industry experience will be highly advantageous
  • Candidates with experience with EduTrust will be preferred
