Role Description The Global Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Penang, Malaysia, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this position, the individual is responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic global accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily activities include developing account plans, coordinating complex proposals and quotations, monitoring performance against agreed targets, and identifying opportunities to expand product and service offerings. The Global Account Manager collaborates closely with internal teams across sales, operations, logistics, and finance to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements and align with Wesco Anixter’s business objectives. The role also involves regular reporting on account performance, forecasting, and participation in global alignment initiatives to support consistent service and growth.
