Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on customer orders and production requirements.
• Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed according to the planned schedule.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Liaise with customers on order status, delivery schedules and related enquiries.
• Monitor customer orders and provide timely updates on delivery status.
• Prepare and maintain production planning, order status and delivery reports.
• Follow up on material availability and production issues that may affect delivery schedules.
• Identify potential delays or issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer and production information is updated accordingly.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Product Control, Customer Service, Order Management or related roles.
• Candidates with Planner cum Customer Service experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
