Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly site progress report and QA/QC Report
• Attend monthly progress site meeting
• To do progress work tracking and financial S-Curve physical by using Microsoft Project
• Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise at site
• Well knowledge in prepare As-Build is advantages
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence make sure all documents keep is in order
• Assist QS on procurement matters if needed

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Fresh graduate without working experience is encourage to apply
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work independent
• Initiative and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in the challenging environment
• Possess own transport
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Pleasant personality, open-minded and fast learner
• Computer literate : MS Office and AutoCAD
