Job Summary

Doorman is responsible for receiving guests in the most hospitable manner. All guests arriving to the hotel will be welcomed and bid farewell to departing guests in the most courteous and friendly manner. Also responsible to adhere to hotel service standards upon coordinating and storing luggage, delivering messages, running errands and providing general facility and area information to guests. He will work with guests to solve all transportation issues and fulfill other ad hoc guest requests. Reporting directly to Head Doorman, Concierge and Chief Concierge. Doorman will operate in compliance with hotel guidelines as per policies & procedures set forth by the hotel management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
