SME Aerospace Hiring! Full Time MANAGER - ASSISTANT MANAGER TRAINING - DEVELOPMENT in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 9,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and monitor the overall activities of the Training Department.
• Develop and implement the Annual Training Plan based on business, operational, competency, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate induction, technical, OJT, refresher, awareness, and competency training.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify competency and skill gaps.
• Manage and monitor the Mentor-Mentee and OJT programmes to ensure effective skills transfer.
• Monitor employee certification, qualification, recertification, and refresher-training requirements.
• Ensure training records, attendance, assessment results, and competency records are properly maintained and traceable.
• Ensure training activities comply with AS9100, company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable aerospace standards.
• Select and evaluate internal trainers, external trainers, and approved training providers.
• Prepare and manage the training budget and monitor training expenditure.
• Coordinate HRD Corp/HRDF applications, claims, and supporting documentation for eligible training programmes.
• Prepare training reports, KPIs, dashboards, and management review information.
• Support internal, customer, and certification audits related to training and personnel competency.
• Provide regular updates, analysis, and recommendations to management regarding workforce competency and training performance.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in Training & Development.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
