If you are passionate about retail and customer service, join our team and lead the daily operations of one of Singapore’s leading garden retail centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily retail operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales ream to achieve operational and sales goals 
• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, stock accuracy and product prevention
• Support in-store promotions, visual merchandising and marketing campaigns 
• Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation and performance monitoring 
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards and operational procedures
• Maintain. clean, organised and welcoming store environment 

Key Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory role within a retail/ FMCG environment 
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills 
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service 
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment and manage multiple priorities 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint )
