Role Description The Motor Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily delivery and pickup assignments for motor couriers at the Beranang facility in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role involves planning routes, assigning jobs, and monitoring delivery progress to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling. The Motor Dispatcher communicates with drivers, operations teams, and customer service to resolve issues, manage delays, and update shipment status in relevant systems. The role includes maintaining records of dispatch activities, ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in route efficiency and service quality. The Motor Dispatcher may also assist with basic administrative tasks and reporting related to dispatch and logistics operations.
Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate routes, schedules, and dispatch activities within a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with drivers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with dispatch or logistics systems and tools.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills for tracking shipments, documentation, and records.
• Ability to work on-site in Beranang and manage shifts as required by operational needs.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks, prioritize workloads, and solve problems under pressure.
• Relevant secondary education; vocational or diploma-level qualifications in logistics or related fields are beneficial.
