About Us

Santi's Pizza & Produce is a neighbourhood restaurant focused on quality ingredients, warm hospitality and creating a great dining experience for our guests. We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead the team, drive service standards and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Conduct staff training and support team development.
• Oversee stock control, ordering and inventory management.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and workplace regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B industry.
• Candidates with no management experience are welcome to apply if they are willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and make operational decisions when required.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Experience in restaurant operations, scheduling and inventory control.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
