• Perform professional hair removal and slimming treatments according to company standards and protocols.
• Conduct client consultations to understand customers' needs and recommend suitable treatment programs.
• Explain treatment procedures, expected results, and post-treatment care to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor clients' treatment progress and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Ensure proper maintenance and care of treatment machines and tools.
• Assist in achieving outlet sales and service targets through professional consultation and customer engagement.
• Support promotional activities, customer events, and marketing campaigns when required.
• Handle customer inquiries and appointments professionally.
• Complete treatment records and other required documentation accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Beauty, Aesthetics, Wellness or related field.

• Previous experience in beauty, slimming, aesthetic, spa or wellness industry is preferred.

• Experience in hair removal and slimming treatments will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Pleasant personality with a positive working attitude.

• Sales-oriented and comfortable recommending treatment packages and products.

• Able to work weekends and public holidays based on roster schedule.

• Fresh graduates with passion for the beauty industry are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
