About the Role

We're looking for a senior, hands-on performance marketer who lives and breathes paid social advertising and lead generation. You'll own ad strategy and execution for multiple client accounts — turning content our team produces into consistent, measurable pipelines of leads. Strong SEO experience is a big plus.

You'll work closely with our content and video production team, but you'll own your campaigns end to end.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and others) focused on lead generation for a range of client accounts
• Build and test ad creative angles, hooks, and CTAs against content supplied by our production team
• Manage budgets, bidding, and audience targeting to hit cost-per-lead and ROAS targets
• Monitor and optimise campaigns continuously — this isn't "set and forget"
• Where relevant, run SEO work: keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy input
• Report on performance clearly — translating numbers into what's working, what's not, and what to do next
• Work directly with our internal team and, where needed, clients to align on goals and creative direction

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level, proven experience running paid social campaigns for lead generation — not just brand awareness
• Demonstrable track record: real numbers, real case studies, real results
• Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager at minimum; TikTok Ads and Google Ads experience a strong plus
• SEO experience — keyword research, on-page, technical basics
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and budgets simultaneously
• Sharp with data — comfortable in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and translating numbers into decisions
• Self-directed — we're looking for someone senior who needs direction on goals, not on execution
• Based in or able to work hybrid out of Singapore

Nice to Have

• Experience working alongside a video/content production team
• Familiarity with SEO tools

Pay: $5,000.00 - $9,724.94 per month
