Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise the service crew during daily operations.

2. Ensure smooth and efficient service.

3. Welcome and attend to customers professionally.

4. Assist with staff briefing, training and work allocation.

5. Monitor service quality and cleanliness.

6. Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.

7. Support the management team in maintaining operational standards.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of F&B service experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

2. Strong communication and leadership skills.

3. Customer-focused and able to handle customer enquiries professionally.

4. Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.

5. Able to lead, guide and motivate service crew.

6. Good knowledge of restaurant service standards.

7. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
