Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Support bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documentation.
• Organise and file financial documents.
• Assist with GST, audit, and other finance-related tasks as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to learn with good communication and teamwork skills.
