Company Overview

BT Airworks deals with the assembly, maintenance and repairof Unit Load Devices (containers, pellets, nets) and Refrigerated containers.

Job Summary

You will perform repairs on Unit Load Devices(ULDs) following company and aviation authority standards, manageadministrative tasks accurately, report discrepancies promptly, and meet production targets to support smooth aviation operations. You will also ensure work done by production is in accordance with Aviation standards eg. FAA, CAAS

Responsibilities

• Repair Unit Load Devices (ULDs) following relevant Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) and the company’s Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) to ensure safety and compliance
• Follow all company and aviation authority regulations and procedures to maintain operational standards
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and submit timely reports to support maintenance tracking and compliance
• Identify and report discrepancies in components or processes promptly to maintain quality and safety standards
• Consistently meet or exceed production targets while maintaining quality standards in repairs and maintenance
• Perform additional repair and maintenance tasks as assigned to support operational needs
• Raise ARC in relation to work done by other technicians.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Poly Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Required technical knowledge/training (HF , SMS, and SAR 145) and demonstrate the ability to perform certifying-staff duties through an interview
• Have passed the applicable CAAS Air Legislation examination — M10, L11, L12 or C01
• Have at least one year of related aviation maintenance experience
• No criminal history as per CRS registration requirements.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Basic Salary: $2,300 + Fixed Skill Allowance (based on experience) + Overtime
• Training: Provided
