Role Overview:

As a Technology Account Lead, you will act as the primary technology contact for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered successfully. You will lead account planning, stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and growth initiatives while leveraging SAP Cloud ALM capabilities to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technology lead and trusted advisor for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute technology account plans aligned with customer business and transformation objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate technology engagements, contracts, and delivery activities across multiple teams and service lines.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion through additional technology services, transformation initiatives, and strategic engagements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among delivery, architecture, SAP, infrastructure, cloud, security, and business teams.
• Provide guidance on technology strategy, SAP ALM adoption, operational governance, and service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor account performance metrics, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and customer experience.
• Support governance reviews, steering committee discussions, risk management, escalation handling, and executive reporting.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify technology modernization and transformation opportunities.
• Mentor team members and promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Technology Account Management and enterprise customer engagement.
• Proven expertise in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Experience managing large-scale SAP or enterprise technology delivery engagements.
• Good understanding of SAP landscapes, application lifecycle management, release management, monitoring, testing, change management, and operational governance.
• Experience in Account Delivery Management, service delivery governance, and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to IT Transformation Planning and Business Transformation initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in account growth, opportunity identification, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• SAP certification or SAP Cloud ALM certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working with multinational enterprises or global delivery organizations is preferred.
• Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, financial services, or other regulated industries is beneficial.
