We are looking for a versatile and organized Clinic Assistant to join our team. This role is unique as it blends frontline patient interaction with essential back-office support in Finance and HR. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker who is as comfortable with numbers as they are with people.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinic Administration

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front-desk inquiries.
• Maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and ensure data privacy.
• Coordinate inventory levels for clinic and office supplies.

2. Financial Support

• Handle daily billing, payment collection, and petty cash management.
• Process insurance claims and liaise with third-party providers for reimbursements.
• Assist in basic monthly financial reporting and bank reconciliations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel is a must) and familiar with Clinic Management Systems (CMS).
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a professional "can-do" attitude.
