Location: KOJI TTDI

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take accurate food and beverage orders

- Explain menu items and make recommendations when required

- Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to company standards

- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set

- Check on guests regularly and respond to their requests

- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary

- Process orders and payments accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

- Assist with opening and closing duties

- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Requirements

- Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates / candidates with no experience are welcome to apply

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

- Team player with good work discipline

- Basic English communication skills

- Good grooming and personal hygiene
