• Location: Kallang / WFH
• Work Timing: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $3,700 per month
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payment instructions and financial transactions, ensuring required information, documents, and approvals are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate approval workflows, monitor outstanding approvals, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Track payment status, grant utilisation, funding balances, and expenditure records.
• Perform reconciliation across financial reports and systems, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Prepare financial, utilisation, operational, and management reports as required.
• Maintain complete and accurate records, supporting documents, and audit trails for audit and review purposes.
• Support programme administration, operational workstreams, process improvements, and other finance or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only.
• Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years in payment processing and financial administration.
