We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Project Admin Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with checking and following up on project claims and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with site personnel and relevant parties for claim verification and signatures.
• Visit project sites when required for documentation and coordination matters.
• Assist with purchasing, quotations and supplier follow-up.
• Handle submission, collection and follow-up of documents with relevant authorities such as SAJ.
• Maintain proper project and administrative records.
• Provide general coordination support to the project team.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Responsible, organised and attentive to details.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communicating with site personnel, suppliers and external parties.
• Willing to travel locally when required.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
