AI Platform Transformation Lead

A regional technology leader in its field is looking for an AI Platform Transformation Lead to drive the development and adoption of a new AI-native, agentic platform across the organisation.

The platform will support both internal corporate functions and external customer access, with the successful candidate playing a central role in shaping how AI is embedded across the business and brought to market.

They are particularly interested in individuals who combine large-scale transformation experience with a strong understanding of AI platform development and agentic AI. Candidates from a top-tier consulting background, particularly MBB, would be highly relevant, especially where they have subsequently worked closely with technology, product or AI platform teams.

They are looking for someone who:

• Has led large, complex AI or digital transformation programmes
• Understands agentic AI, AI-native platforms and enterprise AI adoption
• Has experience translating AI strategy into platform development, implementation and adoption
• Is highly influential and credible with senior stakeholders
• Can bring together business, product, engineering and technology teams around a common transformation agenda
• Has the ability to operate strategically while also driving execution and organisational change
• Ideally brings experience from MBB or another leading strategy / transformation consultancy, combined with hands-on exposure to AI platforms

This is a high-impact role for someone who can bridge strategy, technology and execution, helping a leading regional technology company build an AI-native platform and drive meaningful adoption across both its internal operations and customer ecosystem.
