Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist with office operations and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
Support centre in finance processes such as procurement, invoices, claims, etc.
Track, consolidate and manage centre data using excel and power BI.
Support centre in compliance matters relating to donation-in-kind, data protection, fire safety, etc.
Requirements
NITEC and above
At least 2 years of prior experience in an adminstrative role
Skill in Word, Excel, Power BI
Experience in managing data and use of CRMs preferred
