Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
- Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
- Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
- To ensure a timely closure of all main contract
- Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
- Liaise with Maincontractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Attend site meetings and handle contractual issues
- To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.
- All other QS related job
- Preferably with working experiences in HDB projects
- Relevant experience in Singapore construction industry.
- Experience in RC and Wet Trade projects preferred.
- Knowledge of costing, tendering, and contract administration.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
